There are so many excellent hiking options just minutes from the BMV property that a trip to the White Mountains before ski season is truly wonderful! There really is nothing more relaxing than deeply breathing the fresh mountain air this time of year, especially during these times of masking and social distance.
The hike to Ripley Falls is an autumn dream and worth the effort just to stand at the base of the powerful waterfall. The 3.5 mile round trip to middle Sugar Loaf summit off the Zealand trail offers a clean rock face to picnic lunch with amazing views. In the cool evenings, enjoy roasting chestnuts on an open fire back at Boulder Mountain View!
There really is no excuse for not getting out for some exercise. There is true solace in nature.

A special thank you to Branton Postier of Strong Skirt for his expertise in skirting the tiny homes. Pictured here, Branton prepares our Swedish Steam model with 29-gauge steel – bottom track. We wish we could keep such a capable professional on site – but wish him well as he drives his pick-up truck back to Tulsa Oklahoma.
The steep topography and many boulders (how our property got its name) made it difficult to push the tiny homes into place, so a crane had to be used to move them onto their concrete pads. The result is perfectly poised homes with fantastic views of the mountains.

Just a TINY bit excited!
After a long haul from South Carolina, our two Campside Tiny Homes have arrived at Boulder Mountain View....just in time for the snow. Our two Topsides hit the road soon and should arrive early next week!

As the temperatures start to drop in the White Mountains, our tiny homes are loaded up and ready to hit the highway from South Carolina. Just in time! The solid wood log cabins look like they are built to withstand whatever the North Country throws at them.

Our First Look at the Tiny Homes!
We have the first video of our new tiny homes being built at Green River Log Cabins in South Carolina! The first off the line should hit the road to New Hampshire in about a week, just in time for the first snow fall in the White Mountains.
This first video shows our Campside model (unit 1237) almost finished. We are pleased with the way the warm honey stain on the rafters and cabinets offsets the lighter log walls and ceiling. I can already image being tucked away in the bunk “rooms” reading a good book by the built-in light.
This exterior video shows the bronze roofing pairs nicely with the slate stain.
Topline model is featured in this next video. The enclosed sunroom looks bigger than it felt on paper and will be perfect for shedding winter layers and boots before entering the living space. The fireplace and loft are roughed in – stay tuned for more updates.
